version 1.3

I was bored so I updated this little game within the span of a few hours

I added in a difficulty system so that the game may accessible to people of different skill levels.  I also added in a health system instead of a hit system so that the game has somewhat of a clear end... unless you manage to perfectly clear every round and keep racking up lives...
