0.3.1 Out Now!!

This time, I'm focusing on the mobile build!  I implemented a player for you to control on your touch screen!  Just drag from anywhere on the screen on the player will move in accordance!

The shot type is a four way spread that deals 0.75 points of damage versus the desktop's 0.5 point five way spread and 1 point three way spread!
