Project Curtain for Godot!

Since a certain game engine is more interested in making shady deals with shady organizations rather than providing support and useable features for its users, I had to switch to a different engine.  This update is the first of many of the new Project Curtain, now built in Godot!  Performance is to be desired, but the current framework is very rudimentary and unoptimized.  I will have to continue working on it!
